Summary of Action
“Jeunes Voix Globales – Paroles pour un Monde Durable” empowers young people to express their perspectives on global challenges through storytelling, creativity, and dialogue. The project focuses particularly on youth aged 15 to 30 who are often underrepresented or vulnerable.
Through creative workshops, participants explore topics such as climate change, inequality, migration, and gender equality. They are supported in transforming their thoughts and experiences into written stories, podcasts, and digital content that reflect their views on the world.
A key aspect of the project is the connection between Belgian youth and peers from the Global South. This exchange of perspectives helps participants better understand global interdependencies and fosters a sense of solidarity and shared responsibility.
The project uses digital campaigns and media platforms to amplify these youth voices, reaching a wider audience and encouraging broader reflection on global issues. By placing young people at the centre as creators and storytellers, the initiative strengthens their confidence, critical thinking, and civic engagement.
Through this process, participants develop into active global citizens who are able to articulate their perspectives and contribute to a more inclusive, sustainable, and connected world.
