Summary of Action
The “Global Challenges Compass” project effectively equipped 16 educators with Global Education knowledge and skills.
The evaluation confirmed that the training program significantly strengthened the participants’ competencies, particularly in dialogue (avg. 4.67/5) and critical thinking (4.53/5). Furthermore, the project successfully combined the goals of increasing knowledge about global challenges (4.4/5) with building engagement
and fostering an attitude of shared responsibility.
The program enabled the application of acquired knowledge and skills through practical actions supported by supervision. This resulted in the implementation of 15 original micro-projects within the participants’ local communities. These initiatives directly engaged 284 young people, addressing diverse topics ranging from migration, nature conservation, stereotypes, and discrimination, to global mental health.
