Summary of Action

The project involves the implementation of four key activities aimed at enhancing the competencies of young people in global education, social activism, and anti-discrimination efforts. Its goal is to engage participants in addressing global challenges such as climate change, migration, social inequalities, and human rights, including issues related to the LGBTQ+ community.

Activity 1: Project coordination will ensure smooth management, monitoring of activities, and effective communication between participants, experts, and the project team, which is crucial for achieving the project’s objectives.
Activity 2: Communication activities will include promoting the project, recruiting participants, and raising awareness of global challenges. These will be carried out through social media and recruitment campaigns, with the aim of reaching at least 500 people and securing 30 participants.
Activity 3: In-person training sessions in Toruń will provide participants with knowledge on global challenges such as climate change, migration, and inequalities. The training will be interactive, focused on developing critical thinking skills and analyzing global issues.
Activity 4: Online meetings and mentoring of project groups will enable participants to work in teams on mini-educational or social projects addressing local or global challenges. Participants will gain knowledge and hands-on experience, developing leadership and project management skills.
The project places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and gender equality across all activities, both during training and in promotional materials. Through collaboration with experts and mentoring, participants will have the opportunity for personal development and social engagement in global education and anti-inequality efforts.
