Summary of Action
“From Clicks to Shifts” supports young people in moving from awareness to action when it comes to global challenges such as climate change, inequality, migration, and ethical consumption. While many young people are exposed to these topics, they often lack the tools, knowledge, and support to fully understand global interconnections or to take meaningful action in their own communities.
The project combines international volunteering, educational activities, and digital communication to strengthen critical thinking and engagement. It focuses especially on empowering young people, including women and those with lower levels of prior engagement, to become active contributors to a more just and sustainable world.
Key activities include thematic communication campaigns, the promotion of the E-TICK online course on ethical communication, and the establishment of E-TICK clubs where participants can reflect and act together. In addition, local workshops address topics such as fast fashion, circular economy practices, gender equality, and global health.
Through storytelling and short videos, participants share their experiences and perspectives, helping to inspire others and broaden the project’s reach. These outputs make global challenges more relatable and accessible to a wider audience.
By creating space for learning, exchange, and practical action, the project enables young people to develop new habits, strengthen their sense of responsibility, and actively engage others. In doing so, it contributes to lasting behavioural change and stronger community involvement.
