Summary of Action

The global challenges of climate change and unsustainable consumption require urgent action. Despite increasing awareness, many young people remain disengaged or uninformed about regenerative practices that can help mitigate environmental harm.

The ”Regenerative Visions: Young People’s Art and Creativity for a Sustainable Tomorrow” project seeks to address this by engaging youth, their leaders and youth organisations in creative practices to explore and promote regenerative solutions for climate action.

The purpose of the action is to equip young people with the tools to understand and advocate for regenerative practices, using art, storytelling, and creative media as platforms for change. By focusing on the circular economy and sustainable solutions, the project aims to empower youth to become leaders in sustainability and to amplify their voices on global environmental issues.

Expected results:

  • Increased critical thinking, media literacy and knowledge about sustainability among youth.
  • Enhanced youth engagement in regenerative practices through creative expression.
  • Creation of lasting, impactful art and media that inspire action and promote sustainability.
  • A more inclusive dialogue on environmental issues, engaging diverse youth groups.

Activities:

  • Development of a self-assessment questionnaire
  • Eco-Art interactive workshops on regenerative art
  • A podcast series featuring youth voices on sustainability
  • Short documentary films showcasing youth-driven solutions
  • EcoArt Zone exhibition to share creative outputs and engage the broader community in conversations about regeneration and climate action
  • Eco-Art Toolkit for Youth Leaders
  • Regenerative Mindset Workshop

We will inspire young people to use their creativity to address climate challenges and promote a sustainable, regenerative future.
